We call this forging the CP-Carrillo TA-X . Every goal we set for this design was met and exceeded. We ended up with better sealing, and a stronger piston that is still very affordable to the average racer. The results were so positive that we sell our shelf stock pistons in both the traditional round and the new TA-X style. Of course we also offer the TA-X on custom orders. If you run a Top Fuel engine we have good news for you too! We have applied these same principals to your pistons, and the results are just as impressive.
